Assessment Reports

On the reports page, you can view all the reports and statistics attached to your assessment.

Each report shows the students marks and grades using the parameters outlined in the related mark sheet. You can create any number of mark sheets, with different parameters, so you can compare and contrast how the algorithm affects the final student grades.

If you have not entered the overall mark that each group received for their work, then some of the reports will not be available to you. The Web-PA algorithm needs the group marks to be able to calculate the final student grades. Some of the reports, such as the marks awarded and the response info, can be viewed at any time as they do not require the algorithm to produce their results.

Marks / Question

This report shows a breakdown of every mark awarded by every student, to every student, for each of the assessment criteria.

Anonymous Marks / Question

This is an anonymised version of the Marks / Question report and shows a breakdown of every mark awarded by every student in a group, to every student, for each of the assessment criteria.

Instead of student names, the report simply shows Student A, Student B, etc.

Student Web-PA Scores

This report shows an alphabetic listing of all the students who were assessed, along with the Web-PA score they received.

The Web-PA score is the fractional score they received from their peers, which when multiplied by the overall group mark, forms the basis of their final grade.

Student Response Info

This report shows information about each student response recorded for your assessment.

This information includes the date and time the response was started, how long the student took, and the name and IP address of the computer used. You can use the information contained in this report to spot trends in student behaviour.

For example, if all the students in a group submitted marks one after the other, in a short amount of time, and from the same computer, you could infer that they were all together when deciding which marks to allocate to each other.

Student Grades

This report shows an alphabetic listing of all the students who were assessed, along with the Web-PA score they received, any penalties they incurred, and of course what their final grade was.

This report shows the students arranged into their groups. For each student, the report lists the Web-PA score they received, any penalties they incurred, and what their final grade was.
